Medical plastic films used in medical devices and medical device packaging are used in a variety of medical applications such as surgical drapes, surgical OR packs, fluid collection bags, prescription packaging, veterinary surgical drapes, equine devices, chevron and corner seal pouches, fusion and peelable seal, ostomy bags, horizontal form/fill/seal TFFS to name a few.

Most of them require ETO and gamma sterilization, biotoxicity studies for prolonged and direct skin contact, anti stat and most importantly – traceability of raw materials.
