Brentwood Plastics manufactures flexible plastic sheeting film from polyethylene, also known as polythene or poly sheeting, by the blown film process. Custom plastic films and layflat poly tubing are custom made for specific end uses.

Historically we have catered to the rigorous demands of converters who make plastic bags and flexible packaging. Our industrial plastic films and medical packaging films meet the same high workmanship standards required by the converting industry.

We deliver consistent machinability in our plastic films made from prime (not ”near prime” or ”off grade”) LDPE, LLDPE, EVA and metallocene.

All Brentwood Plastic PE films are Kosher food grade FDA approved packaging.

We constantly develop films for new applications. If we do not have a time-tested film for your application, contact us. If you are looking for a finished product which requires further converting, we can help you put it together through collaboration with our customers. Here are just a few examples : plain and printed flexible laminations, stand up pouches, pressure sensitive tape, plastic bags, medical devices, surgical devices, reclosable packaging, clean room packaging, banners and meat packaging.
