We are innovators and early adapters. From the start we have been a beta test site for new resins long before the word was coined. We admit it – it has been fun over the years.

Our small scale production lines are bench / pilot scale for practical purposes. This means we can accurately interpolate what will happen on a larger line. Obviously, it’s cheaper to trial on a machine which extrudes 50 pounds per hour than 800.
Scheduling machine time with reasonable notice is easy. Besides, we like the break in the routine.
By collaborating with our customers, we can take your concept of new combinations of polymers / additives into reality of a further converted product. Examples include bags, pouches, printing up to 10 colors, laminations, pressure-sensitive tape, traverse winding.
