Bagmaking

We learned a long time ago what converter grade means – flat rolls with even gauge and most importantly, yield.

There is no one resin which works for all uses of bags. Each has specific needs such as strength, cosmetics and coefficient of friction ( COF ). Chances are we have a time – tested resin blend and film for most types of bags.

We corona treat film for printing and lamination to very tight tolerances to accommodate lamination adhesives as well as water and solvent based inks.

Specialty put–ups specific to bagmaking such as “J” sheet and “U” sheet are available. Single wound sheeting is available as narrow as 3″.
